Considering the use of MS Word I would suggest to be careful when copying it directly from Word to Wordpress.

The thing is that despite WP has a tool that converts Word´s formatting it is not always correct.

So I would suggest to type your article in Word, but then do the whole formatting (bolds, font size, bulellets, etc.) directly in the visual WP editor.

This way you will be sure not do to the same work twice and article will look as you wish.
