Adsense Good or Bad

May 31st, 2009 No comments »
I have often pondered this question? Here are my own basic thoughts on the complex subject. Most websites I visit have some kind of adsense system running; I would estimate that some of these are making good money from the Google system. Certainly sites with over 1000 visitors per day should receive a small amount of revenue.Generally I believe the adsense system is a good one, however like most things these days the adsense system has been misused by individuals who fully understand how search engines work; unfortunately these people have already made their money. These people have used many tactics in the past to raise their sites page ranking, thus ensuring more visitors, more visitors means more revenue from the system. These sites are generally kept open for a few months and then closed down, with the next one instantly opened up. This practice has been going on for years. The sites are even sold daily on EBay; I would imagine they are just about to be banned. What normally happens when a few people misuse a system is it leads to others suffering, and in this case it has happened. Google is sandboxing

What to Find Out When Shopping for a SEO Specialist

May 17th, 2009 No comments »
When shopping for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) company or the specialist you need to be aware of certain things. If someone offers you quick results, they can be by pulling his leg. If you are not listed on the search engines for the average duration of the index will take approximately 4 weeks. Someone offering bids in less than coning is you. Web sites that have already signed up and are only being updated will be faster results.A guarantee is not always reinsurance. Just because a site shows that they can help you in the stain 1 does not mean that they can deliver. Or, they can you listed under an obscure keyword or phrase. More legitimate SEO’s will tell you no one can guarantee first place on all keywords and phrases. Search engine optimization is not an exact science. Trail and error consistent with the emphasis will help bring your site closer to your goal. Most Seo Expert should give you some information on your site, which is currently being held. You links, keywords, where you rank on the major search engines, and so on. Or, do one yourself. My article

3 Different Ways To Monetize Your Blog

May 11th, 2009 No comments »
Choosing how to monetize your blog is a huge decision! There are many different options and it can be difficult to judge which type your readers will respond to most. Take a look at these different options, and make your choice with your readers and the market overall in mind.Option 1: AdsenseAdsense is probably the easiest way to monetize — and the most difficult! It’s easy because it’s just a simple code that Google gives you (they even automatically match up the ads for you!). You make money as soon as someone clicks on your ads, whether they actually go on to make a purchase or not. Adsense can also be incredibly difficult. You usually get paid a few cents per click and it can take a lot of traffic for it to add up to something that is even remotely worth your while.Adsense might be a good thing to test, especially as you’re getting your feet wet with blogging. If you’re in the right market and find the right ad positions and colors, it can certainly turn into a nice hands-off income for you.Option 2: Affiliate ProductsSelling products as an affiliate
