A blogs or ‘weblog’ is a regularly updated internet journal of organized personal thoughts made usually by an individual. In the business world this may be either as an official corporate blog or in an unofficial capacity. How To Use Blogs/Blogging to Generate Leads For Your Home Business /Network Marketing?

blogging

Article by David Hugh

A blog can be a terrific source for leads for your work from home business &/or mlm business. Here is how you could do that. First of all, you can add a sign up form on the side bar of your blog to collect the name and email address of your blog visitors. You could offer a free sample or free report or ebook or something of value in exchange for their contact information. Maybe your upline or the company you are an mlm/ network marketing distributor for has something for you to give away also, for example, free samples or information.

The key point is you are trying to collect names for further follow-up and you can use your blog as a way to accomplish that. You would need an autoresponder too. An autoresponder gives you a chance to deliver the free information you promised, based on unlimited messages, at the frequency determined by you. You can even attach attachments or files or pictures to your subscribers.

It also gives you the opportunity to follow up and present more useful information. This is called relationship building and is an essential part of… Continue reading

Building an AdSense Business With Free Blogs

blogging

I feel like it’s about time that I paid back to the community for all of the knowledge and help that I received along the way. Hopefully this post will help you get started in the AdSense business even if you have little or no money to spare but desperately want to try your hand at it.

Normally Google won’t approve AdSense applications for free websites, but there is one exception. So if you’re short on cash for hosting and are eager to get started, you might give this a try.

Blogger.com Blogs

Not long after Google bought Blogger.com, they made AdSense available to Blogger blog owners. Blogger is great because it has an easy interface, Google and Yahoo crawl the blogs quickly, and best of all if you’re broke–they’re free, and Google loves to give out AdSense accounts to Blogger owners. :)

So if you’re looking to get started with AdSense and not spend much money, Blogger is a great way to get started.

Before I talk about how to setup a Blogger blog for AdSense, though, let me tell you what an RSS feed is and how it works. If you already know this you can skip… Continue reading

Web Writing – Blogging Your Way To More Business

blogging

Hundreds of thousands of new blogs are created every day. Yes, many of those blogs are junk spam blogs (splogs), but many are created by people and companies who want their voice heard around the globe. A simple blog gives you immense power, so blogging is an important way to get new Web writing clients.

So how do you create a blog which will get new Web writing clients for you? It’s a simple process. Let’s follow it step by step.

1. Decide On Your Preferred Clients – Who’s Your Target Client?

Blogging is instant publishing. So, just as with all publishing, whether it’s newspapers, magazines or books, you need a target audience. Fulfill the needs of your target audience, and they will find your blog. So you must identify who you want to work for, and then write what they want to read.

Please don’t skip this vital step. I’ve been blogging for years, and urge blogs onto my writing students. Occasionally I’ll get a frantic “Help!” from a student who says that blogging’s not working for him. Invariably it’s because he hasn’t bothered thinking about who’s going to hire him to write… his blog is interesting… Continue reading

Promoting Your Business With Blogs – The Art of Business Blogs

blogging

Blogs are the news and educational outlets of the future. They have pushed themselves up as a leading presence on the internet. For those who once wanted to create a website, but perhaps they had no interesting content. The blog has made it possible to earn some massive traffic for even the smallest of websites. If a person blogs daily on a blog website their site will become over 365 pages large! (each blog post becomes it’s own page….well, with blogging programs like blogger and wordpress). With all that content and a niche’, traffic is sure to come. Well, not exactly.

The whole “build it and they will come” philosophy does NOT apply to the internet any longer. Perhaps at the internet’s conception, and during the following 2 years, this may have been true. Now, even the largest and best blogs may be elusive if not advertised or networked by some means. It would be nice to toss up a nice website with targeted content, and watch the traffic flow in. If this were the case, there would be MANY more rich bloggers out there. Blogging has also become the best way to learn the… Continue reading
